Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Scale Touring Prints. We take pride in the quality of our 3D printed RC bodies. Because our products are custom-made to order, please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

 

1. Custom & Made to Order Sales

Due to the personalized nature of 3D printing specific scales, colors, and designs, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or ordering mistakes. If you have any questions about details or compatibility just send us a message before you place an order and we can help out.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by our work and make sure each order is up to standards before sending. If your print arrives with any damage that occurred during transit, is faulty or even the wrong item you are eligible for a replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information if anything happens.

• Your order number

• A description of the issue or damage

• Clear photos/videos of the problem.

 

3. 3D Printing Qualities.

Please note that our RC bodies are manufactured using 3D printing rather than traditional molding.

• Visible horizontal layer lines and minor surface bumps from support structures are a standard part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

• Bodies are shipped in an as printed state. For a perfectly smooth automotive look, the customer is responsible for standard finishing (sanding, priming, and painting).
